基于排污口权重的一维河流水环境容量计算 被引量:28

摘要 综合考虑多个点源排污口、支流、取水口以及面源污染,建立了一维河流水环境容量综合模型,给出排污口权重的确定方法,并在此基础上提出了实用化的水环境容量计算方法和排污控制方案。其方法的正确性由恒权水环境容量计算得到了验证。基于排污口权重的水环境容量计算方法与传统的“试算法”相比,具有可操作性强的优点,且可为确定排污方案、河流综合管理提供新的思路。 Based on point sources, such as sewage out_fall, branches and water intakes and non-point sources, an integrated water environmental capacity model for one-dimensional fiver is established. Practical calculation method of water environmental capacity and pollution control projects are proposed based on weighting of sewage ouffall. The method is validated in the calculation of the water environmental capacity with constant weight. Compared with the trial--error method, the method based on weight of sewage ouffall is more operable and can provide a new idea for the establishment of pollution control project and comprehensive management of rivers.
