摘要
目的建立清热利咽茶的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC法)对制剂中的金银花、连翘、陈皮、甘草、荆芥、桔梗、玄参进行定性鉴别。结果TLC法可鉴别出金银花、连翘、陈皮、甘草。结论该方法简便、可靠,可供制订清热利咽茶质量控制时参考。
Objective To establish a quality standard for Qingreliyan tea. Methods TLC was used to study the identification of Jinyinhua, Lianqiao, Chenpi, Gancao, Jingjie, Jugeng, Xuanshen. Results Jinyinhua, Lianqiao, Chenpi, Gancao were identified by TLC. Conclusion The identification method of four drugs is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Qingreliyan tea.
