摘要
本文研究了分散染料常压可染改性涤纶的碱水解反应,并找到了较理想的碱水解抑制剂。研究结果表明:随着碱浓度、反应时间及温度的上升,碱水解程度相应增加;松弛条件下的热定型会提高纤维的碱水解反应速率,碱水解活化能从原来的77kJ/mol上升为85kJ/mol;在碱液中加入2g/L季铵盐1227作催化剂,可使反应速率提高30多倍、反应主要发生在开始的30min内;若加入2g/L抑制剂A可以使碱水解速率减慢一半。
The alkaline hydrolysis of modified PET fibre disperse dyeable under
normal pressure has been studied. The authors have found a more ideal
retarder against alkaline hydrolysis for this modified PET. The results of
study show that the degree of alkaline hydrolysis increases with the
increase of alkali concentration, reaction time and temperature. Preheat
setting under relax condition can increase the reaction rate of alkaline
hydrolysis and thermal sensibility of fibre; meanwhile, activation energy
of reaction changes from 77 kJ/mol to 85 kJ/mol. If 2 g/L quaternary ammonian salt 1227 is added as reaction accelerant,
the reaction rate can increase by 30 times, and reaction mainly takes place
in initial 30 minutes. If 2 g/L retarder A is added into alkali bath, the
rate of hydrolysis can be lowered by 50%.
