摘要
报道超灵敏促甲状腺素试剂盒的研制及初步临床应用．该试剂盒的灵敏度高，最小可测值０．１５μＩＵ／ｍｌ；特异性强，与ｈＣＧ、ＬＨ、ＦＳＨ无交叉反应；回收率９６％～１０５％；批内变异系数３．６３％～６．４５％，批间变异系数２．５４％～７．７１％；货架时间８周．初步临床应用结果令人满意．
UItrasensitive thyrotropin immunoradiometric assay kit, which was produced by our laboratory, is reported. The minimal detectable concentration of thyrotropin was 0. 15 μIU/ml. No cross-reactivity was found when HCG, LH and FSH were tested. Recovery of the assay kit was 96%～105%. Coefficient variation (C. V. %) of inter-assay was 2. 54%～7. 7% and C. V. (%) of intraassay was 3. 63%～6. 45 %. The duration of assay kit was 8 weeks. Preliminay clinical results were satisfactory.
