摘要
中西部地区是我国农业主产区,是拟建立的政策性农业保险重点支持的区域。新一轮农业保险试点中产生的成功样板在中西部粮食主产区的推广价值如何,需要结合各省具体情况进行分析,河南是典型的农业大省,以河南为例,对广大西部省份有较强的借鉴意义,结论是农业保险合作社模式是最适合河南农业发展的保险模式。
The central and western regions are major producing areas of agricultural products in China, and also areas which policybased agricultural insurance will be established to focus on and support. A concrete analysis needs to be made of the concrete conditions in various provinces to determine the dissemination value in major grain-producing areas in the central and western regions of successful models in the new round of pilot agricultural insurance projects. Henan is a typical agricultural economy, and analyzing the case of Henan will afford useful lessons to various provinces in the central and western regions. The conclusion is that the model of agricultural insurance cooperative is the one most suited for agricultural development in Henan.
