摘要
三峡永久船闸有4条地下输水廊道、24个工作反弧门井、24个上游检修门井和24个下游检修门井,地下输水廊道的施工环境差,二期混凝土结构复杂,金结埋件居多,且竖井内二期混凝土大部分位于高速水流区和气蚀区,闸门安装和闸室冲水、排水对混凝土内部浇筑质量、外形尺寸及表面平整度提出了很高的要求,混凝土浇筑难度特别大,在施工中通过采取工作门底坎混凝土倒预浇、日本的MYBOX溜管缓降器技术、无损贴嘴化学灌浆技术、环氧、预缩砂浆修补技术、优化混凝土配合比、通水冷却以及7℃预冷混凝土技术等一系列的技术措施,攻克各道施工难题,很好地保证了二期混凝土的浇筑质量。
There are 4 underground water galleries, 24 working ogee surge chambers, 24 upstream service surge chambers and 24 downstream service surge chambers for Three Gorges permanent navigation lock. The construction circumstance of underground water galleries is bad, the structure of second-phase concrete is complicated, the metal structure embedded parts occupy much portion, the second-phase concrete in vertical shaft is mostly in high velocity flow zone and cavitations erosion zone, what's more, the inner pouring quality, external appearance dimension and surface smoothness of concrete need to meet the very high requirements for the installa- tion of gate and the flush and drainage of lock chamber, the difficulty of concrete pouring is especially big. The paper presents a series of technical measures for the construction, such as working door bottom sill concrete inversion pre-grouting, Japan MYBOX element trunk descent control device technique, undamaged mouth-to- mouth chemical grouting technique, epoxy, preshrink mortar patching technique, optimizing the concrete mixing proportion, cooling by pouring into water, 7℃ pre-cooling concrete technique. With the above measures, each construction problem is solved and the pouring quality of the second-phase concrete is ensured.
