以茨烯为原料,经环氧化等一系列反应得到α-烷基-3,3-二甲基-2-降冰片烷甲醇(烷基为Me,Et,n-Pr,i-Pr,n-Bu,n-Am,i-Am)和2-酰基-3,3-二甲基降冰片烷(酰基中的烷基为Me,Et,n-Pr,i-Pr,n-Bu,n-Am,i-Am),通过波谱和色谱确定了它们的结构及含量(其中右上角带者为新化合物)、^(13)C-NMR谱确定了α-异戊基-3,3-二甲基-2-降冰片烷甲醇中4对对映异构体的含量,并表明醛与Grignard试剂的加成反应符合Cram规则。
A number ofα-alkyl-3,3-dimethyl-2-norbornanemethanols (alkyl = Me, Et, n-Pr, i-Pr*, n-Bu*, n-Am* and i-Am*) and 2-acyl-3,3-dimethylnorbornanes (alkyl in acyI groups = Me, Et, n-Pr, i-Pr*, n-Bu, n-Am* and i-Am*) have been synthesized from camphene through epoxidation, rearrangement, Grignard reagents addition and oxidation with good yields, and those with astericks are new compounds. Their contents and structures were determined by GC, MS, IR and NMR.α -n-butyl-3,3-dimethyl-2-norbo-rnanemethanol and 2-n-propanoyl and 2-n- butanoyl-3,3-dimethylnorbornanes were evaluated that they can be used as perfume constituents. The Cram's rule for the aldehyde-Grignard reagents addition reactions are further confirmed.
