摘要
以还原思维再现细胞膜的渗透性研究的原始过程,对该实验进行了重新设计和改进,分析和讨论两种不同的实验效果,旨在引导学生实现由验证性实验向创新性实验的过渡。
With restoring thought, students are made to repeat the original researching process of cell membrane permeability test by reAesigning and improving this experiment of cell biology, and analyzing the differences between the experiment and the original one. The aim is to help the students fulfill the change from traditional experiment to probing experiment.
