摘要 目的:探讨子宫内膜癌组织中pten、p53蛋白表达,以及与子宫内膜癌发生、发展及预后的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测20例子宫内膜癌组织中pten、p53蛋白的表达。结果:子宫内膜癌组织中pten蛋白的失表达主要局限于子宫内膜样腺癌,占60%,5例浆液性癌中则未见pten的失表达,pten失表达在这两组肿瘤间的差异有显著性(P=0.006),p53蛋白过表达在子宫内膜样腺癌中占26.7%,在浆液性癌中为80%,两组间差异有极显著性(P=0.001)。结论:pten、p53蛋白的表达与子宫内膜癌的发生相关。用免疫组化法检测pten的表达缺失及p53的过表达是诊断子宫内膜癌及癌前病变的有价值的分子标记物。 Objective:To investigate the relationship of the expressions of protein pten and protein p53 in the occurrence, development and prognosis of endometrial carcinoma (EC). Methods:The expressions of protein pten and protein p53 in 20 endometrial adenocareinomas were examined by SP immunohistochemical method. Results: In the endometrial carcinoma tela,the lack of expression of protein pten existed in endometrioid adenocareinoma mainly,which accounted for 60 per cent. In 5 serous carcinoma cases, however, the lack of expression of protein pten was not seen. The lack of expressi0n of protein pten was significant difference between the two groups (P=0.006).The over-expression of protein p53 covered 26.7 per cent in endometrioid adenocareinoma while covered 80 per cent in serous careinoma.The differences between the two groups were significant (P=0.001). Conclusion:The expressions of protein pten and protein p53 are relevant to the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma. The expression loss of protein pten and over-expression of protein p53 the detected by SP immunohistochemical method are likely to be valuable labelled molecules used to diagnose endometrial carcinoma and its precancerous lesion.
