摘要
目的:观察强化综合护理对脑血管意外患者肢体功能障碍的康复作用。方法:对150例住院脑血管意外患者分别进行运动疗法为主的强化综合护理及常规护理。结果:通过对照观察,两组患者康复指标差异有显著性,康复组肌力较对照组明显改善。结论:早期进行强化康复训练及护理,有助于减少患者的致残率,提高其的生活质量。
objective：To investigate the recovery effect of strengthened comprehensive nursing care on the Limb dysfunction in patients after cerebrovascular accident.Methods：150 cerebrovascular accident patients in hospital accepted the strengthened comprehensive nursing care with an emphasis on kinesiatrics and routine nursing care respectively.Results：Through the comparative study, the recovery index between two groups had a significance difference,the muscular strength of the comprehensive nursing care group was obviously improved compared with that of the control group.Conclusion：Strengthen：recovery training and nursimg care in early stage contribute to reducing the patient＇s disabling rate and improving the life guality of patients.
