摘要
目的:研究阿莫西林对小鼠肾功能的影响。方法:选择雄性昆明种小鼠,经尾静脉连续注射阿莫西林3天。观察不同剂量阿莫西林对小鼠肾功能的影响。结果:阿莫西林大剂量可引起小鼠体重下降、肾脏系数和肾损伤指标的异常,其余各实验组与对照组间差异无显著性。结论:阿莫西林大剂量可引起小鼠肾功能损害。
Objective：To investigate the effect of amoxicillin on renal function in mice. Methods：Amoxicillin was consecutively injected into caudal vein in Kunming mice weighed 18 to 22 grams for 3 days,the toxic effects induced by different doses of amoxicillin. were obcerved respectively.Results：High dose amoxicillin could the decrease of mice body weight and the abnormalities of kidney coefficient and renal injury index.Conclusion：High dose amoxicillin con cause the renal functional lesion in mice.
