摘要
自食用菌子实体上分离得到绿色木霉(Trichodermaviride)菌株,并对菌体形态进行了研究。研制出绿色木霉制剂,用其在有机食品花生试验示范,拌种和叶面喷洒防治花生主要叶斑病和花生菌核病(Rhizoctoniasolani),增产效果和防病效果显著,不污染环境,利于保持生态平衡,是花生病害生物防治较理想制剂。
Trichoderma viride mycelia were isolated from the fruiting body of an edible mushroom, followed by further research on resultant mycelial growth. A Trichoderma viride formulation was prepared and used for experiments with organic edible peanuts. The preparation was mixed with seeds or sprayed onto the leaves of peanuts, providing significant control of the main leaf spot diseases of peanuts and of Rhizoctonia pod rot caused by Rhizoctonia solani, thereby resulting in significant peanut yield increases. This treatment does not pollute the environment and helps maintain ecological equilibrium. The preparation is an ideal biocontrol method for peanut diseases.
