摘要
建立了氟菌唑的高效液相色谱分析方法。采用250mm×4.0mmLichrosobRP-185μmMERCK色谱住,238nm紫外检测器。以乙腈-缓冲溶液(60+40V/V)为流动相,流速为1.5ml/min,该方法处理简单、快速、准确、适用,方法线性范围为1.6 ̄2.4mg/ml,回收率为99.4% ̄100.5%,变异系数为0.25%。
A method was developed for analyzing triflumizole by HPLC using a 250 × 4.0 mm, 5pro Merck Lichrosob RP-18 chromatographic column with 238 nm UV detection. The mobile phase was acetonitrile-buffer solution (60:40 by vol) and flow rate was 1.5 ml/min. The method was simple, rapid, accurate, and practical. Range of linearity was 1.6~2.4 mg/ml, recovery was 99.4~100.5%, and the coefficient of variation was 0.25%.
