摘要
由于电潜泵机组外径大、内部结构复杂,与井筒形成的环空间隙非常小,断裂落井后,很难打捞。为打捞出宝1井断裂落井的大直径电潜泵机组,在总结分析传统打捞筒的基础上,设计出了一种新型大直径打捞筒。该打捞筒设计新颖、结构简单、加工容易、操作方便。文章介绍了该打捞筒的结构、工作原理和操作方法,现场应用证明它对电潜泵机组的打捞十分有效,也有助于其它大直径落鱼的打捞。
The outside diameters of electrical submersible pump u-nits are big, structures are complex and the annular clearance between pump units and wellbore is small. It is difficult to fish if pump units break and fall in downhole. There is no fishing tool of electrical submersible pump in 130 mm by domestic investigating . In order to fish the electric submersible pump units of the well Bao 1 fall in down hole, base on summing up conventional overshot, the paper develops designing the new type electric submersible pump overshot . The paper introduces the structure, the principle of work, the operating procedure of the overshot specially. The design of the new type overshot is novel, the configuration is briefness, the machining is easy, handling ease. Base on the actual state in the well Bao 1, it is very effective to fish the electric submersible pump units. It helps fish other big diameter's fish too.
