摘要
为实现对核电厂运行安全性能有效的监督管理,探讨建立了一套性能指标体系。该体系从核电厂运行安全的基本概念出发,由4个基本方面细化成8个基本点,各基本点内的性能利用性能指标的数据信息进行监督。性能指标的数据信息采用直方图法分析处理,即:建立性能指标信息数据库,编制专门软件处理这些信息,绘制反映各种安全属性的直方图,为核电厂营运单位和监督管理人员分析研究核电厂运行安全性能提供便利。使用该体系,并利用直方图分析法有助于实施对核电厂运行安全性能的有效监督管理和进一步提高核电厂运行安全计算机化管理的水平。
A set of operational safety performance indicators for nuclear power plants (NPP) was developed to evaluate operational safety performance of NPP. The indicator system was based on the definition of NPP operational safety and includes eight primary specifications. The performance for each specification was monitored through performance indicators. Histogram analyses of the operational performance data were used to evaluate the performance information by describing the operational performance characteristics for plant operators and managers to analyze NPP operational safety. As a result, the indicator system can be used to oversee NPP operational performance to help improve the management of NPP operation safety.
