摘要
一个复杂系统的安全、稳定运行,需要多方面的条件提供保障。本文根据国家有关标准、应急救灾系统的需求、实际工作的经验,主要论述在应急救灾指挥系统建设中,为系统运行提供保证的空间、环境方面的设计,内容包括场地布局、消防、供电、环境(新风、温、湿度)控制、照明、装饰装修等。
Many kinds of safeguard should be provided to keep a complicated system running normally and stably. According to correlative national rules, demand of emergency salvation and experience of command practice, it is discussed in this paper that general design of room and environment of emergency command hall during the course of building project. It consists of field layout, fire fighting, power supply, environment control （such as air condition, humidity, temperature）, lighting, decoration and fitment, etc.
