摘要
对2005年度中国食品科学技术学会第四届年会论文征集情况作了简要的说明;分析了这些论文所涉及的研究领域与研究方向,从而揭示了我国当前食品及相关科学的研究现状与发展趋势。
An outline of papers submitted for the 44 Annual Meeting of CIFST was made in the paper. Through the analysis of different fields of study and its directions concerned in these papers, current situation and trends on food and food related research in China can be better indicated as a result.
