摘要
目的:探讨不同浓度的林蛙油人参胶囊对老龄大鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:以林蛙油人参胶囊0.05、0.25和1.25g/kgbw3个剂量给予老龄雌性大鼠,每天1次,连续60d。另设1个老龄溶剂对照组,灌胃量按1.0mL/100g体重给予。于第61天股静脉杀鼠取血、取肝脏制备肝匀浆,分别测定血清MDA值、GSH-Px值、肝组织SOD值。结果:各剂量组SOD活性与老龄溶剂对照组比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。中、低剂量组MDA含量与老龄溶剂对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);高剂量组的MDA含量与老龄溶剂对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。高剂量组GSH-Px值与老龄溶剂对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:林蛙油人参胶囊有降低雌性老年大鼠(鼠龄15个月)血清中过氧化脂质MDA含量、升高血清中GSH-Px活性的作用,提示其具有抗氧化功能。
Objective: The study aims to investigate the antioxidation effects of panax capsule with rana chensinensis oil on old rats with different doses. Methods: Three different doses, 0.05, 0.25 and 1.25 g/kg bw were dosed through mouth to three experiment groups, respectively, with once per day for 60 days. Simultaneity, the control group were dosed through mouth with solvent only, 1.0 mL/100g. All the rats were old female and were selected at random. On the 61 day, All the rats were killed through vein exsangninate.The blood and the liver were gotten from the rats and were disposed, respectively.The content of serum MDA, activation of GSH-Px and SOD were detected. Results: No significant difference was found between the experiment group and the control group about the activation of SOD. However, there were significant differences between the experiment group with high dose and the control group both about the content of serum MDA and the activation of GSH-Px. Conclusion: Panax capsule with rana chensinensis oil could decrease the content of serum MDA of the old female rats (age 15 monthes) and increase the activation of GSH-Px. It can be concluded that panax capsule with rana chensinensis oil has the effect of antioxidation.
