摘要
采用不同的溶剂提取绞股蓝的茎、叶中的抗氧化活性成分,研究不同提取物对二苯代苦味酰自由基(DPPH)的清除作用。试验结果表明:绞股蓝叶的95%乙醇提取物对DPPH自由基的清除作用强于其它提取物。具体工艺为:95%乙醇于80℃回流提取2次,每次2h。初步鉴定表明:绞股蓝中含有酚类、甾醇、甾体皂甙和三萜类化合物以及黄酮、异黄酮、查耳酮、双氢黄酮等抗氧化活性物质。
Scavenging effects on 1,1-diphenylhydrazl (DPPH) free radical of different solvent extracts of the stem and foliage of Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb) Markino was measured. The results showed that the scavenging effect of 95% (V/V) ethanol extract of the foliage was preferable to that of the other ones. The extracting condition were: ethanol concentration 95% (V/V), temperature 80℃, extraction time 2 hours twice. Following initial appraisal, its active fraction was phenol, sterol, steroid saponine, triterpenoid, flavone chalcone, isoflacone, flavanoe and so on.
