摘要
目的:探讨降体重对拳击运动员身体体能影响最小化的科学减控体重的方法。方法:对1名优秀拳击运动员从2002年11月冬训到参加2004年1月第28届雅典奥运会拳击资格赛进行跟踪营养干预和机能评定,科学监控降体重。结论:合理的膳食营养处方并严格的执行是科学减控体重的关键,而且系统的生化监控和营养补充能够很好地维持运动员减控体重期间的体能。
objective: The purpose of the study is to discuss the method of boxing athlete's weight loss, which reduce the influence on the boxer's body physical ability to the smallest degree. Methods: We help one elite boxing athlete reduce body weight scientifically by nutritional interference and function evaluation from winter training at the November, 2002 to the qualified competition of 28^th Olympic Games at the January, 2004. Conclusion: The key to reduce body weight scientifically is to prescribe nutrition and execute strictly, moreover, the system biochemistry monitoring and the nutrition supplement can well maintain the athlete's physical performance during weight loss.
