摘要
血管内皮细胞形状与血液动力学流动形态密切相关。本文研究在不同流动状态下,内皮细胞形状与动脉硬化密切相关的大分子传质影响。比较了处于高剪切区的拉长了的内皮细胞和处于低剪切的圆形细胞的传质特性。所得结果支持了目前占压倒优势的所调低剪切观点,即早期动脉硬化常发生在流动分离或有逆流的低剪切区。
A Mathematical model is presented herein to determine the effect of cell shape on macromolecular transport across the artery wall. The permeability of five different geometric model for the unit cell in periodic model is compared. The results from the mode show that regions of low shear, where flow reversal and separation can occur with each cardie cycle and the polygonal cells are nearly rounded, are the regions where the decreased permeability and the deposition of lipoprotein can be observed.
