摘要
我国电子商务整体上尚处于探索式的自由发展状态;信用、认证、标准、现代物流、法律法规等支撑体系发展滞后;中小企业整体信息化水平低;外向性程度不高。发展电子商务必须政府引导,统筹规划;建立有权威的电子商务认证中心;建立技术保障体系;加快物流配送体系和金融体系的建设;加强电子商务方面的立法和司法;推动电子商务产业化;建立一个国际社会普遍接受的电子商务国际框架。
There are six problems in electronic commerce in our country and developing electronic commeree must he inducted by the government and establishing the authoritative electronic commerce attstation center and pushing the electronic commerce as an industry.
