摘要
世界高等教育大众化进程的实践见证了一个事实,即各国高等教育在从精英阶段向大众化阶段的转化过程中,都经历了整个高等教育系统内部从布局、管理、形式、层次等全方位的变化。其中,高等教育的结构体系是大众化进程中的关键问题。
The popularization course of world higher education witnesses the truth that in the transformation from outstanding-figure-education period to popularization period, higher educations in different countries in the world all experienced the internal all-round changes of the educational system in layout, administration, form and level. Among these changes, the structure system of higher education turns out to be the key problem in popularization course.
