摘要
对所研制的18Mn2SiVB非调质钢中的夹杂物种类、形态及大小对钢疲劳性能的影响进行了研究。结果表明,锻后空冷18Mn2SiVB钢代替调质钢制造的卡车前梁,其疲劳寿命大于150万次,满足了60万次的使用要求。钢中存在形状不规则和多棱角、大尺寸(1~100μm)氧化物夹杂是疲劳强度降低的主要原因。
The effect of inclusion types ,shapes and size on the fatigue property of 18Mn2SiVB microalloyed engineering steel was studied. The results show that the fatigue life of truck front crossmember made of forged and air cooled 18Mn2SiVB steel,instead of quenched and high temperature tempered steel, is more than 1.5 million cycles, satisfying the serve requirement (0.6 million cycles). The main reason of fatigue property decrease is the existence of the oxide inclusions with irregular shape ,prismatic angles and large size( 1 -100μm) in the steel.
