摘要
20世纪80年代,外商在华投资方式以中外合资为主,而自20世纪90年代中期以来,外商通过进入开发区试行建立“仿真国际环境”,使中国大陆的投资环境得到极大改善,从而使外商投资由中外合资时代变迁为外商独资时代。认为这种变迁不是人们通常所认为的由于物质变换成本的降低而引起的,而是谈判结构发生变化,交易治理结构不同以及降低了交易费用的结果。
The types of foreign entrepreneurs＇ investment differ from each other in various periods. In the 1980＇s, the main type to introduce foreign investment is to establish joint ventures. Since the middle of the 1990＇s, through establishing development zones on a large scale to build the simulated international environment. China has greatly improved the investment environment of its own. It is a brave push that has turned the Sino-foreign joint venture era into the solely-owned foreign investment era. The transformation results from the changing negotiation approach and transaction treatment structure instead of lowering the material transformation cost as generally considered by some people.
