摘要
读者在利用图书馆信息资源的行为背后有着各种层次的心理需要。对信息资源的需要是核心需要,而被尊重和关爱的需要则是核心需要的基础。只有真正了解和把握读者的心理需要,才能有的放矢的开展读者服务,促进图书馆的长足发展。
There are several levels of readers' needs behind the action of utilizing information. Need for information is the central need. Need for respect and love is the foundation of central one. Only understand and grasp the readers' needs can we improve the readers service with specific goal and accererate the development of library.
