介绍了双变频高速卷染机控制系统的组成、控制原理,利用丹佛斯FC302变频器优异的转速转矩控制特性,对卷染机进行恒线速、恒力矩控制,可满足小批量多品种织物的染色要求,且非常适应印染厂潮湿和腐蚀性气体的环境。
The control system and domination principle of double-frequency converter high speed jigger are recommended. Making use of excellent revolution and torque control characteristics of Donfoss FC 302, the jigger can run at constant linear velocity and constant moment, it can meet the market request for wide variety and short runs. The jigger integrated with Danfoss FC 302 can well adapt the severe environment in dyehouse.
