摘要
涤锦不同的理化性能,在染色中需采用不同的染整工艺。染浅中色时采用一浴法,产品色相纯正,染色牢度和匀染性好,染色温度控制在110℃左右;对于深色品种,为防止色差以及染色牢度问题,采用两浴法,同时尽量兼顾对锦纶织物的损伤,染色温度控制在120℃左右。结果表明,采用不同工艺生产的产品各项应用性能良好,色光一致,强力好。
Because of different physical and chemical properties of polyester and polyamide fibers, the dyeing process of the blends should be different. It is found that for light color, it should be using one-bath process, the product has pure color with good fastness and levelness, and the highest dyeing temperature is about 110℃ for dark color, it is better using two-bath process to avoid the deviation of color and fastness problems. It should be take care of the strength loss of PA fiber, the high- est temperature is about 120℃. The results show that different products should apply with different dyeing process to have good application performance, colors and strength.
