摘要
网络社会的基本特征是虚拟性,虚拟的本质是数字化和符号化。因而,网络道德与实在道德相比较,具有自己的特征:自由性、开放性和多元性、非人性化。与此相适应,网络伦理问题也呈现出上述基本特点。网络虚拟社会的基础在于实在社会。因而,网络道德的存在和建构不仅具有逻辑上的可能性,而且具有现实的必要性。网络道德的建构必须从理论和现实两个方面考虑,以期找到解决问题的合理思路。
The basic feature of network society is fictitiousness. The fictitious essential is digitalization and symbolism. Thus network ethic is comparod with realistic social ethics, network fictitious ethics has own features： Free characteristics, open characteristics and multivariate characteristics, no human nature. Suiting with this, network ethics problem also presents above-mentioned basic characteristics. The foundation of network fictitious society lies in realistic society. Thus the existence of network ethics and construction is not only having logically possibility, but also has realistic necessaries. The building of network ethics must be considered from the two aspects of theory and reality, in order to find the reasonable method of solveing problem.
