湛江市(四区)学龄前儿童接种甲肝疫苗效果评价 被引量：1

摘要 目的考核国产甲肝疫苗的免疫效果。方法通过常规报告系统获取甲肝疫苗接种率和甲型肝炎发病率,抽样调查学龄前儿童甲肝疫苗接种率,同时采用ELISA法检测抗-HAV。结果发现自甲型肝炎疫苗接种后,甲型肝炎发病率持续下降,2000-2004年湛江市(四区)甲肝疫苗接种率(甲肝发病率)为92.71%(0.20%)、95.24%(0.18%)、96.10%(0.14%)、96.16%(0.11%)、97.28%(0.09%),甲肝发病率与甲肝疫苗接种率呈负相关关系y=-0.0243x+2.4601(r=0.9,P<0.05),相关关系显著。进口疫苗与国产疫苗产生抗-HAV无明显差异。(X2=1.422,P>0.05)。结论国产甲肝疫苗具有较好的免疫效果。
