摘要
以人的胆结石为原料,根据其所含各种成分对不同溶剂溶解度的不同,用化学分离的方法,除去胆红素以外的其他成分,成功地将胆红素提取出来,从而为胆红素的来源开辟了新的途径。
Bezoar orbovine cholelith,one of precious traditional Chinese medicines is mainly separated from swine's and bovine's bile at present. But this simply falls short of demand.To find a new source, experiment with human cholelith was carried out, and bilirubin was successfully obtained.
