摘要
目的探讨运用沟通理论模式与骨科患者的沟通方式。方法将64例骨科患者分成两组,对实验组实施护患之间的沟通技巧,在沟通过程中发放健康教育处方、语言沟通、心灵沟通、注入关爱、多方支持等。结果两组病人在沟通满意度上差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论沟通技巧不仅能增进护患双方的沟通和理解,营造良好的护患氛围,也体现了“以人为本,以病人为中心”的人文关怀精神。
Objective To investigate the communication theory model and the specific communication skills with orthopaedcs patients. Methods 64 patients were divided into two groups, the experimental group was nursed by communication measures including education remedy , oral communication , heartto-heart communication, caring , support et al. Result A significant difference between the communication of the two groups was observed(P〈 0.05). Conclusion Communication can not only enhance understanding of nurses and patients , improve the atmosphere of the inter-personal relatingship, but also represent "human oriented and patient-centered" spirit.
