摘要
目的探讨嗅沟脑膜瘤的临床表现及治疗方法。方法回顾分析12例嗅沟脑膜瘤病人的临床资料。结果显微手术治疗12例,全切除10例,次全切除2例,随诊疗效满意。结论要重视嗅沟脑膜瘤早期临床表现,显微手术治疗手术效果好。
Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of olfactory groove meningioma. Methods The linical materials of 12 cases were analyzed retrospectively. Results The treatment of olfactory groove meningioma was resection. Total tumor removal was achieved in 10 cases, and subtotal in 2 cases. The curative effect of treatment was satisfactory through long-term follow-up observation, Conclusion The early clinical display of olfactory groove meningioma should be attached importance to. The curative effect of microsurgical treatment was satisfactory.
