摘要
目的探讨阿昔洛韦片大剂量口服对中老年患者带状疱疹的疗效和安全性,优化用药。方法75例带状疱疹患者随机分为两组,大剂量组阿昔洛韦片800mg/次,一日5次,连服7d。对照组给予常规剂量200mg/次,一日5次,连服7d。二组同时给予相关的辅助药。结果大剂量组明显缩短带状疱疹止疱、止痛、结痂时间及病程,疗效明显优于对照组(X2=19.256,P<0.025),而副作用未见增加。结论大剂量口服阿昔洛韦治疗中老年带状疱疹疗效显著,耐受性好,无明显的副作用。
Objective Study the curative effect and safety that the medium old-age patients of the herpes zoster take orally Acyclovir in large doses, and inorder to use the medicine better. Methods Divided 75 examples of herpes zoster patients into two grounds randomly. The group in large doses was given Acyclovir 800mg once, Five times per day, Lasted for 7 days. The comparative group was given common dosage of 200 mg once, Five times per day, Lasted for 7 days. and the same times this two groups were given the related assistant medicines. Results The morbid time of herpes zoster to stop growing, acesodyning,scabbing was shorten in the group of large doses and the curative effect was remarkably better than the comparative groups （X^2=19.256, P〈0. 025）,But the side effects did not increased. Conclusion The curative effect that the medium old-age patients of the herpes zoster take orally Acyclovir in large doses is remarkable, and the tolerance is good, but the side effects are nonremarkable.
