摘要
目的观察用两期矫治方法治疗替牙期下颌后缩畸形。方法I期治疗应用肌激动器加口外弓矫治,改善下颌后缩状况。II期用方丝弓治器进一步稳定上下颌骨关系,精确调牙位与牙合位。结果经X线头颅侧位片头影测量:CO-PG增加2.5mm,Z角增加3.99°;ANB减少2.8°;1-S减少6.1°;1(ī)-MP减少3.26°。结论两期治疗替牙期下颌后缩畸形有明显的效果。
Objective To observe the curative effect of treatment employing two stage rectification method on the deformation of mandibular retrusion in dental transitional period. Method In stage Ⅰ treatment, rectification using a muscle stimulator plus an outward bow gag was applied to improve the condition of mandibular retrusion. In stage Ⅱ, a square silk bow gag was used to further stabilize the relation between maxilla and mandible, and to precisely align the tooth position and tooth occlusion position. Result X-ray cephalometrics of lateral position of the head showed that： CO-PG increased by 2. Snnn; the Z angle increased by 3.99° ; ANB decreased by 2.8° ;1-S decreased by 6. 1° ; 1 （i） -MP decreased by 3.26° . Conclusion There is a remarkable effect of two stage treatment on the deformation of mandibular retrusion in dental transitional period.
