摘要
目的探讨病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝临床特点。方法对我院2000～2002年83例病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝患者的临床分级、临床表现、肝功能、血脂、肝纤维化指标等资料进行分析。结果83例患者中轻、中、重度脂肪肝分别为33例、33例、17例。临床表现以乏力、纳差、右上腹不适为主。83名患者中,脂肪肝程度越重,肝功能、血脂、肝纤维化指标越严重。结论病毒性肝炎合并脂肪肝使肝脏损害加重。
Objective To investigate the clinical characteristic of viral hepatitis complicated fatty liver. Methods To analyze 83 cases with viral hepatitis complicated fatty liver in our hospital from year 2000 to 2002 by patient＇s clinical rating ,clinical presentations, hepatic function test, hyperlipidemia test, and hepatic fibrosis test. Result In the selected cohort, mild 33 cases, moderate 33 cases, severe 17 cases. Tired, inappetence , and celiopathy are the main clinical presentations. In 83 cases , Major fatty liver make hepatic function test, hyperlipidemia test, and hepatic fibrosis test acosmia severely . Conclusion Viral hepatitis complicated fatty liver damage the hepar sharply.
