摘要
论述了林场(所)规模调整的必要性、调整的依据、调整方案及调整方式与方法等。指出,林业建设已经转变为以生态建设为主。以木材生产为主的现存林场为适应这一转变,应扩大林场规模,缩小林场总数。
The necessity of adjusting the scale of forest farms, adjustment basis, adjustment schemes and adjustment methods are expounded in detail. The author points out that nowadays forestry construction should be changed into ecological construction. The forest farms that depend on timber production need to be adjusted to adapt the situation, and should enlarge the scale and reduce the quantity of forest farms.
