摘要
运用文献资料法、访谈和比较分析法,对襄樊学院及湖北省其它部分高校教育实习的现状进行分析,找出了基地建设中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策:明确基地建设的意义,统一认识,在经济条件允许的前提下,尽可能地加强基地建设;进一步完善教育实习的管理体制;充分发挥教育行政领导、指导教师和实习生在教育实习中的作用,使基地建设随着教育改革和教育实习改革的不断深入而不断发展、完善．
By using the method of documentary research, in-depth investigation and comparative analysis, this article makes an study on current situation and development of teaching practice base of Xiangfan University as well as other universities and colleges in Hubei province. Pointing out the main problems existing in the development of teaching practice base, this article puts forwards some suggestions. The suggestions are as follows： firstly, we should make clear the sense of teaching practice base and do our best to build it; secondly, we should perfect the institution of management; at last, we should ensure the administrators, supervisers and students to play their parts correspondingly with the development of innovation in education and teaching practice. Thus, the development of teaching practice would be enhanced.
