摘要
以木质素为原料,通过Mannich反应与三乙烯四胺及甲醛合成木质素胺的实验方法。并采用电导滴定法对L9(34)正交实验进行分析,根据结果比较及分析选取各因素最佳的实验水平。乳化结果表明该木质素胺是一种性能良好的阳离子沥青乳化剂。
Synthesis of lignin - amine based on the Mannich reaction of lignin with formaldehyde and triethylene tetramine was introduce Optimized conditions were selected by orthogonal design method, and conductivity method was firstly introduced to analyze the result of experiment. Emulsification effect showed that this lignin - amine is a kind of cationic asphalt emulsifier of perfect emulsifing performance.
