脑动脉钙化的CT评估

摘要 目的：总结CT对脑动脉钙化的评估价值并探讨其临床意义。方法：回顾性分析41例疑诊颈动脉硬化患者的脑CT扫描资料。结果；脑动脉钙化28例（68％），共55条，包括43条颈内动脉，5条椎动脉，3条基底动脉，3条大脑中动脉和1条大脑前动脉。结论：CT扫描是一种显示脑动脉钙化的有效手段。脑动脉钙化是卒中的潜在病因。
