Injury and treatment of armpit skin after radiation of operated beast cancer

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌术后放疗后腋窝皮肤的损伤特点和治疗。方法对85例患者放疗后腋窝皮肤的损伤进行观察和治疗。结果全部患者均有程度不同的皮肤损伤,烧伤程度随着放疗剂量的增加而增大,经治疗除4例溃疡经久不愈外,其余均恢复。结论重视乳腺癌术后放疗后腋窝皮肤的损伤并积极给予治疗。 [Objective] To evaluate the injury and treatment of armpit skin after radiation of operated beast cancer. [Methods] Eighty-five patients were observed and treated. [Result] All patients had injury, the degree of injury had relation with dose of radiation. [Conclusion] Our resuhs suggest we should pay attention to the injury of armpit skin after radiation.
