摘要
就中国城市建设存在的问题进行了分析,提出了未来城市发展的对策,认为必须树立科学的城市经营理念;建立多元投资机制,通过市场机制筹措城市建设资金;保护好城市的历史遗产;突出城市的特色;注意统筹兼顾,实现城市的可持续发展。
This paper analyzes the existing problems in China＇s city construction and puts forward some strategies for the future development of cities in the following aspects ： building up a scientific idea of city management, establishing a multi - investment mechanism, collecting funds for city construction through the market mechanism, protecting city heritages, emphasizing the special features of city, making overall plans with the consideration of all factors and realizing the sustainable development of cities.
