摘要
目的:探讨超声乳化白内障吸除术中后囊膜破裂的发生原因及防治原则。方法:对315眼行超声乳化白内障吸除术中发生后囊膜破裂的27眼进行分析。结果:术中后囊膜破裂27眼,其中发生在环形撕囊时2眼,水分离时1眼,超声乳化时18眼,注吸皮质时5眼,人工晶体植入时1眼。结论:术中晶状体后囊膜破裂是超声乳化白内障吸除术中较常见的并发症,术中早发现、及时处理,能够取得良好的疗效。
Objective： To explore the cause of posterior capsule rupture during phacoemulsification and to investigate their principles of treatment and prevention. Methods. The causes of posterior capsule rupture in 27 eyes of 315 eyes had undergone phacoemulsification. Results：There were 27 eyes with posterior capsule rupture. The posterior capsule rupture in 2 eyes occurred during con- tinous circular capsulorhexis,1 eye in hydrodissection, 18 eyes in phacoemulisification, 5 eyes in cortex aspiration, 1 eye in implantation intraocular lenses. Conclusion. posterior capsule rupture was the frequent complications at the initial stage of studying phacoemul sification. Understand the reasons and symptoms before the operation can prevent and manage it, the outcome would be satisfactory.
