摘要
我国住宅建设一直保持持续增长的态势,但住宅产业粗放型发展的格局没有根本性改变,随着加快建设节约型社会步伐的加快,我国的住宅建设与房地产业发展中出现了一些的突出问题。倡导住宅室内设计与装修业的健康发展,建立居室装修部件系列化,采用发展绿色居室环境设计,实施绿色产品工程对促进可持续发展战略的实现具有重要价值。
The residence construct of our country maintains the continuously growing situation, but the extension development pattern of housing industry does not have the fundamental changed. Along with the construction of economy society step speeding up, there are some prominent problems about the residence construct of our country and the development of real estate industry series.
