摘要
在35CrMo齿轮轴轴身最大直径部位取片进行了低倍解剖定性。结果表明,锻件内部夹杂物数量特别多,还有微裂纹和白点缺陷,因此缺陷性质被定为夹杂和白点。
The micro nature dissection has been performed by means of taking the sample on the large diameter area from 35CrMo gear shaft proper. The results show that there are large quantity of inclusions with tiny crack and white spot. In this case the defect characteristic has been determined as the inclusions and white spot.
