摘要
文章通过对输电线路覆冰的观测,分析了输电线路覆冰对输电网的危害;阐明了影响输电线路覆冰的主要原因;从输电线路运行及设计的角度就输电线路覆冰防护提出了相关措施及建议。
Through observing the transmission line icing, the paper analyses the harm of transmission line icing to transmission network; and expounds the main reason of influence transmission line icing; and proposes the corrdation measures and the suggestion on transmission line icing protection from the aspect of transmission line running and design.
