摘要
企业是技术创新的主体。企业技术创新的风险主要来源于战略的长期性、市场走向的不确定性和其它内外部环境的变化。文章系统地分析了企业技术创新所面临的决策风险、资金风险、技术风险、市场风险、管理风险、政策风险及其成因,并提出了防范对策。
Enterprise is the principal part of technical innovation. The risk of enterprise trchnical innovation mainly originates from long - term performance of tactic, uncertainty of market tendency, and the change of other external environment. The paper systematically analyses decision- making risk, capital risk, technology and market risk, management and policy risk and its reason which enterprise technical innovation should be confronted, and proposes preventing countermeasures.
