摘要
模拟研究了偏心底吹氩钢包内钢液流场,并分析了该流场的主要特点。结果表明在偏心底吹氩钢包中,钢液形成一个三维流动体系,纵向形成了以沿气液均相区、钢液表面、包壁、包底为轨迹的大循环流场,横向形成了以喷嘴所在直径为轴的一个对称循环流场。在吹气量一定的情况下,底吹喷嘴位置对流场有较大影响。
The flow field of hot metal in the eccentric bottom-blown argon ladle has been simulated and the main characteristics of the flow field were analyzed. Results show that the hot metal in the eccentric bottom argon blown ladle forms a 3-D-flow field and a great circulating flow field vertically along the gas-liquid phase section, the liquid steel surface and the bottom and wall of the ladle as well as a symmetrically circulating flow field. The position of the bottom blown nozzles will influence the flow field dramatically.
