摘要
因端粒与衰老、肿瘤密切相关,近年来对端粒调节的研究进一步深入。最近发现端粒长度的动态平衡是由端粒、端粒酶、端粒结合蛋白组成的高分子复合体———端粒体调节的。在端粒体中,端粒、端粒酶、端粒结合蛋白相互作用,共同完成对细胞基本生命活动的调节。近年来,分子生物学技术的进展从分子水平上阐明了端粒体各组分间的关系,为端粒长度的调节开辟了新的靶点。
Over recent years research effort has been directed at the regulation of telomere because it is involved in ageing and tumorigenesis. It has been believed that the homeostasis of telomere is regulated by telosome which consists of telomere, telomerase and telomeric proteins. In telosome, the subunits interact with each other and regulate the basic activities of cells. With the development of molecular biology, the relation between the subunits in telosome is elucidated at the molecular level, which will provide a new target for the length regulation of telomere.
