Effect of Soil Water and Nitrogen on Rape Biomass

摘要 研究采用盆栽试验方法,研究了不同水氮条件对油菜生物量及其地上、地下分配的影响。结果表明:油菜生物量与氮肥用量、灌水控制水平关系极为密切,且水肥交互效应明显。油菜生物量随着氮肥用量的增加而增加,但超过某一氮肥用量后,则表现为下降的趋势;随灌水控制水平的变化亦表现出相同趋势。水、氮供应适宜,有利于新鲜植株保持较高的水分含量,植株根冠比适中,有利于获得较高的可食部分产量。综合考虑,灌水水平控制在田间持水量的80%、施氮量为0.24g kg-1土的组合是最优的。上述结果可为蔬菜的高产、合理灌溉和施肥提供理论依据。 A pot culture experiment was conducted in greenhouse to investigate the effect of soil water and nitrogen (N) on biomass of rape. The results obtained were as follows. The biomass of rape had close relation with soil water and nitrogen, and there was also a significant interaction between soil water and nitrogen. The biomass of rape increased with increasing nitrogen rate, but it would decrease when nitrogen rate exceeded some dosage, and its trend with soil water was similar. Suitable soil water and nitrogen contributed to the high water content and moderate root/shoot, and in favor of gaining higher edible yield. Taking into accounts in all factors, the combination that soil water was controlled 80% field capacity and nitrogen rate was kept 0.24g kg^-1 was the best. The results obtained in this experiment could provide the theoretic base for high productivity and reasonable irrigation and fertilization in vegetable cultivation.
